Old LG Gram - Bluetooth-related error - Device not found
구형 엘지 그램은 윈도우10까지만 엘지가 지원한다.
따라서 윈도우11을 설치하고 사용하려 하면 다양한 문제가 발생한다.
윈도우11을 설치는 가능하나, 엘지는 윈도우10까지만 지원하는 확인된 목록.
The older LG Gram models are only supported by LG up to Windows 10.
Therefore, trying to install and use Windows 11 can lead to various issues.
While installing Windows 11 is possible, it's confirmed that LG supports only up to Windows 10.
LG does not provide driver support for Intel Bluetooth modules applicable to the following LG Gram models:
LG Gram
13Z960, 14Z960, 15Z960.
13Z970, 14Z970, 15Z970.
에 적용되는 인텔 블루투스 모듈의 드라이버를 랩탑 제작사인 LG는
윈도우 10 버전을 끝으로 지원하지 않고 있다. 따라서 이 파일을 찾고 찾아서 -_-; 결국 설치.
심지어 검색하면 조선땅에서는 답이 나오지를 않고, 구글링 하면... 리얼텍/퀼컴/인텔 아주 다양하다... -_-;
그 중에서 가장 중요한 문제는 블루투스 디바이스 모듈 자체가 윈도우 시스템(장치관리자)에서 잡히지 않는다.
엘지는 홈페이지에서 블루투스 드라이버 자체도 제공하지 않고.... 그나마 질문을 해야 링크를 준다.

not even Chosun Earth has an answer, but Google searching Realtek/Qualcomm/Intel yields various results...
even so, the most important issue is that the Bluetooth device module itself isn't recognized by the Windows system (Device Manager).
LG doesn't provide Bluetooth driver support on its website and will only provide a link after an inquiry.

이걸 백번 설치해도 아무런 소용이 없다.
일단 메인보드에서 저걸 못 받아들이게 설계한 엘지이 과연 없을까?
'컴퓨터 문제 해결 및 예방'에서 '블루투스 장치 문제 찾기 및 수정' 을 해봤으나 무용지물.
'장치에 Bluetooth 기능이 없음. 이 장치에서 Bluetooth를 사용할 수 없습니다. 외부 어댑터를 사용하여 이 컴퓨터에 Bluetooth기능을 추가해보세요.' 라는 메세지만 주구장창 뜬다.
재부팅으로는 절대 해결되지 않는다. 그럼 이걸 어찌 해결해야 할까?
답은 역시 찾으면 있기는 있다. 아래 순서대로 하자.

그냥... 엘지는 모바일도 접은김에 컴퓨터 사업부도 접자...
이 병신 회사는 지들이 16:10 개발이 불가능하다 떠들어서, TV도 16:9로 진행하니까...
스마트폰과 랩탑 액정부터 16:10을 쏟아내더니.. 지금 16:10 패널 만드는건 헬지뿐임.
그런데도 불구하고 뭔 지원이 이리 적은지 엉망임.

그냥.... 애초에 저놈의 서비스팀 등등등은... 그냥 일을 하지 않는 분위기다.
한 번이라도 문의가 들어오면, 경쟁사들 같으면 그걸 바로 정리해서 해당기기 메뉴얼로 보내던데....

Just... LG should just fold its computer division while it's at it.
This incompetent company claimed they couldn't develop 16:10, so they stuck with 16:9 for TVs...
They used to produce 16:10 displays for smartphones and laptops, and now, only HellG manufactures 16:10 panels.
Yet despite this, their support is a mess, with minimal assistance provided.
But what about laptops..? -_-;
Just... from the start, their service team and so on... they just don't seem to do their job.
If they ever receive an inquiry, other companies promptly address it and send the device manual right away...
